APHA's 1 Billion Steps Challenge! South Dakota Public Health team
Published on: 2/7/2018
As part of the Healthiest Nation 2030 initiative, APHA has launched the 1 billion steps challenge. This is the second year of the 1 billion steps challenge and year 1 was a huge success for APHA. The challenge kicked off on January 1 and goes until National Public Health Week (the first week of April). To show our support for this initiative, I have set up a South Dakota Public Health team. Even though we are spread out across the country, this will be a fun way to come together as public health practitioners and encourage healthy activity where ever we may be! Join our South Dakota Public Health team and start logging your steps!
