South Dakota Public Health Association Public Health Team Award
The recipient of the SDPHA Public Health Team Award will be an organization, group, or team nominated for a singular achievement or outstanding contribution to public health practice, education, or research in the previous year(s). Organizations, groups, or teams nominated for this award will have met the following criteria:
•Demonstrate an outstanding contribution to the public health in South Dakota
•Impact community health or advance the knowledge and practices of the public health field
•Contribute to the advancement of SDPHA goals and strategic priorities
•Demonstrate leadership within their organization or community
